I just took delivery of a 2010 V with nav and the dealer advised that Toyota does not make carpet floor mats in the color of my interior - bisque. Can anyone recommend another source for carpet mats for a 2010 Prius with bisque interior?
My Prius with light grey interior came with dark grey mats too.. However the cargo section's mat is in light grey color, same as car's interior, go figure !!!
Same here, standard procedure, I believe. I love the dark grey mats - much better for keeping clean and they look nice too. I just wish the trunk mat was dark grey to match. So I replaced the trunk matte with the factory rubber one from the PC Shop.
What I found surprising was that the cargo mat is kind of soft like a bath mat. I actually like the dark grey cabin mats with the light grey interior. Did everybody get their mats included with the car or did some people end up paying extra for them?
Mine came with the carpeted mats, and within two weeks I'd put in the all-weather mats. Looking at the online inventories of several area dealers, it looks like 80% or more include the carpeted mats and wheel locks.
Same issue here. Bisque, but came with black floor mats, but the cargo mat is bisque. I was also told that they don't make bisque color mats. I'm in CA, so it appears to be a nationwide thing, as opposed to regional.
It's not the same as Misty Gray but very close. All the interior colors (Bisque, Misty Gray and Dark Gray) come with light gray cargo mat.
I was surprised to see this was the case when I was looking at the new Prius. Even the dealer was surprised and checked the other Priuses next to us to see if they were grey and they were. He indicated that he did not recall previous Priuses being this way.
Picked up my new 2010 Classic Silver III with Nav and Dk Gray Leather. Paid $225 for the floor mats and noticed that there was no cargo mat. This is my third Prius and all have had cargo mats. Called my salesperson late on Friday and as yet no response. The mats are dark gray doesn't match the carpet but will be easier to maintain. The new genereation prius is superior to the past model.
If they were on the window sticker on car, and from SE Toyota, they list the 4 carpet mats for 169, mats plus cargo mat, 229, so unless the dealer is installing his own parts and charging his own price with an add-on sticker, you're likely due the cargo mat. Worth pointing out the price difference, anyway, and see what they say.
I have classic silver with dark grey interior. I really like the dark grey floor mats, but hate the light grey cargo mat. I can see the cargo mat looking dirty very soon. I'm thinking about dying it a dark grey myself and seeing how it comes out.
