I've seen lots of posts on MPG, but I haven't found anything on optimum driving speed. I'd like to see a graph of MPG by speed on a level track. This would show the speed where I get the best millage. To be complete there should also be graphs where there is a slight incline and decline. Has anyone seen such a thing?
There is a graph somewhere in the forum (I have a printout at work of it). The data points I remember were 60mpg @ 60mph, and 52mpg @ 70mph. after 75mph the mileage drops fast.
