Saw my 1st other GEN III Prius today in South Florida. It was a silver one parked at Shops of Pembroke Gardens. Hmmmm....anyone here on Prius Chat? Even though I now have my 2010 (have had for one week now), I still found myself giving this other Prius a 2nd, 3rd look. I am just really happy with this car choice!
It wasn't me, but that is what I am getting tomorrow. A classic silver, that is. I've yet to see a Gen III anywhere in South Florida, except at the dealerships. I guess it is just going to take a little time.
Congrats FLP-The silver looked really nice, and he had the windows tinted dark, too. I have the winter grey with dark tints. Didn't know there was a Florida group. How do I join that one???
Not me either. Got mine 6 weeks ago and I see around 4-5 a day (I work next to SET headquarters in Deerfield Beach.
I just got my car! Now there will be one more Classic Silver on the road down here. I also joined the Florida group. Go to groups link first. Click on Florida group. Then click on the small join on the upper right. Now if I can only get my garge door opener linked to the mirror!
Other than at a dealer, I've only seen two GenIII's on the road. Definitely rare at this point, but I don't expect that to last too long!
