    And a friend of mine from Buffalo, NY, wanted to memorialize a MoTown recording and thought he'd get the closest thing to "Love Child". He wound up with "LUV CLD" and had a devil of a time living down "Love Cold????" from his friends. Of course, being from Buffalo made "love cold" not inappropriate.:)

    California plate: PRIUS 3G

    Not very imaginative, but better than what my wife put on our Gen II: PRIUS HY. It was supposed to stand for Prius Hybrid, but people kept pronouncing it as pree-ooshy--kind of like a Polish pastry.

    I was once behind a Prius with the personalized plate PRIHUGR. I thought that was pretty ingenious! I am afraid mine will be stuck with the standard TX plates (sigh).

    I transferred my plates that I've had for about 5 years. They are Professional Firefighter Plates and say "HOT4ME" . :D

    I ordered mine this week after my permanant plate came in. I'll post pictures when I get it:

    LES4NOIL

    I had seen this on a site when I was researching in 2007 but did not get it for my TCH back then. The reason I got the Prius was to walk the talk about us becoming energy independant and quit supporting terrorist countries with our fuel dollars. I'm only one person, but I'll do what I can.
