Poll - What 2010 Prius Do You Have?

I had to replace my 2002 Prius which I would have prefered to do in the 2012 timeframe but I totalled the dear thing. I rolled it and was pretty much unhurt so I vouch for the roll cage on those cars. A beautiful Prius II in Blue Ribbon Metallic was on the lot so I grabbed it. They had a 2009 and a V but I wanted latest and not most fancy. The only package I have on it is the standard one that includes the carpets and some decals. The color has received a lot of comments. Toyota has a tendency to use boring colors on their cars and this is a great color.

I didn't realize it until a co-worker mentioned it that I have a huge drivable blue tooth head set now.

I live in NoCal so drove it back just last weekend and am loving my new car. I ordered it and had it within a week, the slow part was me having to fly up there to get it.

Got my 2010 Prius II three days ago in northeast WI; blizzard pearl with bisque interior. Love it!

I needed to quickly replace my beloved '94 Saturn SL, so I was willing to take the first available Prius II. Blizzard was not my top color choice, so the dealer wound up discounting us the $220 special color charge plus another $400 to keep our business when we found a Prius II on the lot of another dealer. Paid $22,549 after discounts -- that figure includes the $750 delivery charge and $199 for all-weather mats. We received a favorable trade-in allowance for the Saturn, so we then purchased the interior/paint protection package. All in all a great experience with the dealer; we put $100 down on 7/3 with no obligation to purchase and an original ETA of 7/10, and I drove it home on 7/13.

 

I picked up my Blizzard Pearl Prius II from the dealer yesterday. I'd never even been inside a Prius before test driving one a couple of weeks ago. What a beautiful and well-designed piece of machinery.

If not for the repeal of WA state's sales tax exemption for hybrids at the end of the month, I would have waited until next year to buy. Now I'm happy I didn't wait!

 

I am getting the V with AT in Barcelona Red. Should have it by the end of the month. Can't wait!

Purchased off the lot, 2010 Prius V with Advanced Tech package in Winter Gray exterior / Misty Gray interior + carpeted floor & cargo mats from Bob Baker Toyota, Lemon Grove, CA. discount of $1,500 off of MSRP. Salesman Hanns Reyes was straight up and responsive but did not prefer the tag teamed negotiation approach from the sales manager, Gary. Had 58 miles on the lot.

Tried KMT in San Diego the day before but it just did not work out with their Internet salesman and KMT failed to identify a Blue 2010 with Option V and AT (wanted to work a Gold from their Long Beach Penske affiliated dealer). Bob Baker immediately identified the Blue V + AT model for me at another (though un-named) dealer that they would procure for me, if it were a deal breaker.

Only very minor issue was that the car was not well washed (after 20 days on the lot) before taking delivery.

Would buy again from Bob Baker Toyota, all the other 2010 Prius models had few dealer or port added options. BTW - in 2006, our 2007 Prius Touring #6 in Blue exterior & gray interior was found at Frank Toyota in National City.

Simply having bad luck with my local Toyota dealers, KMT & Mossy, in finding the models we want and their proven lack of offering any reasonable deal. KMT is great for service however.

 

I just did a quick tally of the Colors poll percentages and found that they don't add up to 100%. Any idea why? The Package poll does add up to 100% though.

Got my 2010 Prius IV a week ago at 355 Toyota in Rockville MD.
It's Mettalic Blue Ribbon and beyond the rear bumper applique that the dealer already put on, it has no additional options. I wasn't able to haggle much on the price.

I already entered the type of Prius I bought in the poll, but I missed the option to select the color. So, plus one for Blue Ribbon.

"Open to Americans only"? In Canada tey don't come that way... mine is a "Premium Technology" package...but there's also the "base", "premium", "Premium w/Solar", and "Touring"....

And for reason knownonly to Toyota, the "techno" package (the most expensive) CANNOT be ordered with the 17" rims or fog lamps!! Not even as a option....go figure.
