Don't worry, its just an estimate. The shop will call an adjuster back if they feel they missed anything or it is not complete. Personally, I have no idea why you waited for their adjuster. I'd just have it towed to the closest Toyota Body Shop or if drivable, drive it home, and let your body shop be THERE when the adjuster comes, so they are not doing the estimate one-sided.
