Hi plcehob - yep - I picked it up yesterday afternoon at Bill Page Toyota in Falls Church, Virginia. Mine was a Priority Prius order from the Prius Connection marketing tour earlier this year - so they got two off of the first truck - and I'm pretty sure that they were both on the Kentucky Highway.

Aside from all the sales pitches on clear coatings and undercarriage spray, it was a very nice experience. I'm really happy with the car so far.

The general sales manager Bob Halderman tells me that he has another 5 2010s coming in at different dates through the end of the month - and they're not spoken for! (?) - I made a sportsmans bet with him that if I mentioned this here on PriusChat that they would be called for by weeks end... So, please do mention name if you happen to call them up

My Dealer has been great. (Parkway Toyota in Englewood Cliffs N.J.) Especially 1 straight up salesman I got very friendly with over many years.
A week ago he gave me a computer print out of my car, the ship name, docking arrival date, partial vin#, etc.
According to the print out, It's arriving in Newark on the 15th. Name of the Ship is the "Andromeda Leader". It's a big ship that holds a 6400 cars. I have not heard that ship mentioned here before. How many are 2010 Prius is on her is anyone's guess? My Dealer has been allocated 10 cars (which are sold). Supposedly, mine that is coming is the only Sunroof out of the 10. They also have a silver package II to test drive (not sell) RIGHT NOW if someone wants to take a spin in one. I drove that one today, and it seemed real nice.
Dealer said the Sunroof model is now what people are calling in looking for the most! I think Toyota mis-guessed how many Sunroofs to build. Maybe with the economy, the thinking was the pricier Sunroof model wouldnt sell as much? Who knows.

It really sounds like there will be a lot of cars delivered really soon to me.

 

A local dealer in northern Virginia got one Prius Model V in this Monday (June 8) and called me. I went there Tuesday just to see it and when they said I could buy it, I went home got my check book and took delivery that evening. Pure luck - I had no intention of buying that day, but it was my choice in color and available immediately.

Got ours this week from Koons Toyota, Arlington, VA. I think they still had a red one there when we took our blue one.

Ourisman Fairfax Toyota has a Red Prius V with the ATP that they are not selling but using as their demo. They have about 20 cars allocated with deliveries expected through the first week of July. When I left today, eight of those 20 were shown as sold.

I have never owned a Prius, but thoroughly enjoyed the test drive and signed the paperwork and left a deposit for their only other Prius V.

I had checked with 7 other dealers in the metro area and was surprised that a Prius V is almost as rare as a Prius IV with sunroof. Lots of II's and III's. The few V's that had come in had already been snatched up.

If you go to Ourisman I highly recommend their salesman, C.L. Watkins.

PS, mine is a Classic Silver with Mist Gray interior coming in aboard the "Overseas Joyce"

 

Got my red III in Rochester NY today. As far as I know, it's the first one in the area. LOVE IT!!

I'm looking for a IV in blizzard pearl with solar roof, but most of the places in nova says it will be 3 to 4 months from now. The wait is just too long...

 

We have one 2010 Prius 3 w/solar roof/nav that is a dedicated "demo" that will not be sold.

We have delivered our first 4.
