I'll be watching with interest for pic's and real information from people that have changed out the 15" OEM wheels for something else. Specifically I am interested in 17" Scion TC wheels as I have a new set; but also interested in seeing what OEM wheels like the Corolla wheels will work. While opinions are great, I'm really interested in seeing some examples where people actually made the leap and installed them and if they have any issues.
I have to agree, On of the reasons I almost went with a model V was for the 17" wheels, but I want my sunroof!
I'm considering the 2010 to replace my 2008, but one concern is the wheels... I tried to non-scientifically compare the lug pattern using anything but a ruler/tape measure and it seems to me that it's the bigger 114.3... got the 18" tC rims (by Enkei) waiting to be installed and don't wanna have to get new rims
Here are my 17x7.5 Scion TC/Toyota 86 forged TRD accessory wheels in matte grey. I found my set, with OEM 215/45 Michelins on offerup. They're also available in black. I'm now running 225/45 tires, which perfectly matches the original 195/65-15 tire's diameter. Also note, I added 15mm rear spacers to match the front's flush look.
