Looks like many 2010 Prius owners have moved up from a previous Prius. I'm wondering about the mileage / condition of your earlier Prii..... I have 11,200 mi. on my '08, and even got my 2 oil changes for free (1st one -- complimentary; 2nd one -- free b/c they had me waiting too long for it). So -- If you've traded from an older Prius -- what kind of miles & shape did your ex-Prius have?? (As for me, I'm keeping the '08)
I traded in a Black 2006 package #7 (loaded but no leather) with just shy of 30,000 miles for my 2010. The car was garage kept and truly in excellent condition, but I know she'll be in a loving home with the person who bought her. The G II Prius truly was and still is an amazing car, but I am impressed at how well the 2010 is turning out to be. I like the new look and feel of the G III very much.
i have an 02 gen 1 prius with 142K miles. i bought it in 05 at 65K miles. it runs solid - in fact i have been getting 55 mpgs on the last few tanks (perfect storm of 80 degree weather, hov lane traffic at a steady 45-55, fewer short kid trips at night) i am keeping it for my oldest to use when she gets her permit in a month or so (grades permitting)
My previous Prius was a fully loaded 2005 model. I have just over 76K miles on her and I've been getting on average 44MPG in summer time and about 40MG in winter (Northern Michigan winters). I did not trade her in, either my parents or my best friend are going to have her - did not decide yet! I've been in love with this Prius since I got her and it is hard to let go!

My sig says it all. Acquired the 2002 in Nov 2001, and traded for the 2010 6/2/2009 at 55.2k miles. Acquired the 2004 in Oct 2003. It presently has nearly 115k miles. Between 5/30 and 6/2, I had possession of all three.
Still have 2007 Silver Pine Mica Pkg 5 with 49,000 miles. Odd thing is that today, I took our minivan to work so I could pick us fence materials on the way home. When I got home, by new 2010 was sitting there, but wife had taken the 2007 out. Still haven't figured that one out. Daughter is 15-1/2 years old, so I am not a real motivated seller for the 2007.
I went from a Black (dark gray interior) 2008 Touring #6 w/26,000 miles to a Blizzard Pearl (misty gray interior) 2010 V w/Nav.
I had a 2001 with 65k miles in excellent condition and sold it too soon, 4 weeks ago... Still waiting for my 2010 Sandy Beach!
