When I registered for the forum, it asked what specific model/package Prius I own... and I suddenly realize I have no idea. Every other car it's easy to figure out. Can somebody tell me? I'll list out the equipment it has if that helps... A/C, AM/FM Radio, Cassette, Remote Keyless Entry, Power Windows/Locks, Cloth Interior, 1-Speed Planetary Gear, 14" Rims.
Sounds like you have pretty much what I have, only my Prius is a 2001. And I also have no idea what package that is. I sure love this car, though! I'm so happy I bought it used, with carpool stickers (I live in L.A.).
So basically theres no way to tell exactly which model or package your prius has unless you just look at what features u have? Like theres no specific badging? Just bought a 2008 used with 10k for 14,500 and im glad i did. Its a great car.. but im thinking its a base..
The best way to tell what Prius package you have is... ...flip it upside down and look under the tail!
no because there aren't trim levels (e.g. CE, LE, XLE). It's one model with packages (kinda like how the RAV4 is structured although now there are badges on the new RAV4). Check the Knowledge Base. I've kept a list there.
