what's the difference between package III and IV? I'm trying to figure out why IV cost $2,800 more than the III (MSRP prices) so I can see if it's worth getting IV without NAV or III with NAV system.

looks like it just has leather seats and steering wheel with heated front seats. Also auto-dimming rearview mirror.

I guess I'll go for III because my wife and I don't really like leather seats since we live in south Texas and it's quite hot outside. Also I don't really care about the auto-dimming thing.... not trying to be offense lol

Funny, my husband asked the same question this afternoon so:

leather wrapped steering wheel & seats
heated seats (undocumented feature: the switch is next to impossible to reach)
power lumbar support for drivers seat
SKS - unlock passenger side and hatch
    auto-dimming mirror and Homelink
    ionizer cabin filter
