    The backup cam in the Prius has surprisingly good resolution, but through a fisheye lens.

    Gen 6 NAV does show which lanes you should be in to maintain your current route when it comes to interchanges. Signs aren't shown, but the lanes themselves are just as useful provided the DB is correct.

    Read further on XM NAV traffic - the coverage area is somewhat dependent on your NAV database. XM Traffic may improve coverage, but the NAV DVD must support the additional locations. Sadly, a new reason to update the maps more frequently :-(

    Yeah... I'd love a "Package II with Solar Ventilation". I'd really, really like the ventilation system out here in the desert (if it proves to be fairly effective, and early reports sound promising). But it's a $4600 option for me, since I wouldn't ordinarily buy any of the intermediate stuff.

    Solar is proving effective during the day, but in late afternoon, the sun's declination in the sky proves to not be enough voltage to keep the system running, which will allow the car to heat up. I need to remember to push the remote A/C button in time to cool off the car.
