Ha! Yep, He is pointing out the solar roof. He is an Environmental Engineering major, so happy to see the novel solar application.

As it should be, Prius Priority folks are "supposed" to be first in region. ;)

Yes, those are the bare 15 inch rims with the covers removed, but there are no center caps from the factory. The center caps came off my 2007 Prius 15 inch rims, and I have ordered a replacement set for the 2007. Thankfully, I found a used set, becuase dealer sells the center caps for $18 each.

I really like the look of these rims. I expecially like the detail of the 90 degree turn inward at the end of each spoke. It really makes the spokes pop in my opinion.

I like the sporty look of the naked rims, and nice touch with the center caps.

I'm curious if removing the wheel covers changes the aerodynamics significantly enough to affect MPG.

Matt hands me the keys to our Prius III. Apparently I missed their district manager who was there to present Serra Toyota with an award for excellence. My thanks to Team Prius, Serra Toyota of Decatur AL and of course Toyota for this remarkable vehicle.

"keys"?? Bob, please! "fobs"! The only time you take the key out is every 4 or 5 years to replace the battery in the fob. :D

Does anyone else think the bare 15's make the tires look too big? I think they'd look a lot better if they were 16's.

I thought I'd add my Barcelona Red 2010 Prius Model V pictures. I picked it up yesterday, 5/28/2009 at around 3:00 pm in Antioch, CA. This model V has navigation, but not the Advanced Technology package. It looks really sexy in the sunlight.

My car came in and I went down to the dealer to see it. Did not bring it home as I am going away on business and did not want to leave the car home with 2 teenage sons. Took it for a drive, synced up my cell phone and left it with the guys at the dealership to care for.

    But here it is.

Honestly, I've never had to replace a centre cap so I don't know. Just ask for the centre cap for a Prius and see if they ask for further clarification.
