The interesting thing about this is that the car lasted on the lot this long. Was first offered the Prius IV blue with nav on the 21st. We bantered back and forth until the 26th when I ponied up the cash. Straight msrp for IV plus nav plus applique. Total was $30661 including TTD. They threw in the carpeted AND rubber mats. This is the dealer that wanted non-refundable deposit and had a "waiting list." It never materialized and they dealt straight up when it came to crunch time. So far enjoying the car (and its 500 page manual). Thanks guys for all your advice. Time to accessorize!
good work i think once the craze goes down we can start getting below that MSRP esp with Toyota keeping the supply up. Plus that awesome competition from Honda!
Congrats! Please please post pictures and your impressions. It seems like the Northeast is the last region to get some. Maggie May and I are waiting for our ship to come in, big sigh.
Hi Volvo..., Make sure to not use both mats on top of each other. Remove the carpet mats and use only the rubber mats, or visa versa. Besure to use the hooks that snap into holes in the floor board and the the holes in the mat on the driver's side. If one mat rides up over time, it can hook the accellerator pedal at inopertune times.

Don't forget me, I'm waiting in NE myself. I may have to travel now to buy a car. I'm not going to wait 3 weeks for the car to go from the port to the dealer! I think a lot of people from New England are waiting.
