53 or 54 mpg per tank full, in summer, 45 mpg winter, but I just added new 16" wheels & K&N filter, so I am going to put 15" wheels & tires back on to see if milage goes back up. Check results then take K & N filter out & check results !!!
I've been toying with the idea of getting the shark fin...love the look...but also don't get outstanding reception in my area with stock antenna. And, have Sirius Sat Radio hard wired to AM so don't want to compromise that reception.
I have XM radio with its own very small flat antenna. I put shark fin on for its custom looks, also 16" crome alloy wheels & better looking tires, so my Prius looks sportier & a little different!!!
Installing a shark fin antenna is a piece of cake. I'm a middle aged broad and it took me less than 5 minutes. Reception did decrease a tad but I can still pick up most stations with no problem and I listen to my iPod a lot anyway (DICE integration gadget)
