Well, I was on a waiting list for three weeks but this morning a stunning 2005 Seaside Pearl Prius, with package #6 and 2 miles on the odometer arrived on the dealer lot with my name on it! YES!
My wife has a Honda Civic Hybrid and this thing is like the difference between an Atari 2600 and a PlayStation 2.
I saw the red... that was my second choice. I thought blue was fun but red was more business-like. By the way, I forgot to mention that I got the Prius for $500 OFF MSRP instead of $3,000 OVER that some dealers (Power Toyota) in my area are gouging their customers for.
Black is a sauna. I live in SoCal and often travel to Arizona and Mexico. It gets into the 100's F out here without the aid of a black paint job!

Best of luck with your car. I took delivery of a 2005 Seaside Pearl Prius, with package #4 and 3 miles on the odometer last Thursday [4/28] after a two-week wait. Other than the week after I got my driving license many moons ago, I can't recall a more enjoyable week of driving in my life.
Congratulations on your new Prius. I love my red Prius. I know it is "salsa red" but I really describe the color as bing cherry. I love to drive my Prius.
