When I read the article about the chimps and meat it reminded me what happened at the cash register of a department store:

Clerk 1: What ya doin' tonight?

Clerk B: Going out to dinner with Kenny...

Clerk 1: You want to sleep with Kenny?!?!

Clerk B: No, I just want the free meal.

At this point I really didn't want Clerk B touching my clothes anymore.

My belief has been that we modern males are required for only two items by modern females:

    DNA and Yard work.....

I know what you mean. In that situation, I use the "sanitary" wash cycle on my front loader, with extra bleach. Hey, we even have a smilie for it! Almost uncanny how that reminds me of .... me on wash day

    :washing:

A-ha! That's explains why the tights I got at the thrift store split when I tried them on! I refuse to have articles of clothing next to my bare bottom that have even *hinted* at being next to another bare bottom

I ran them through the machine with some other stuff that I thought would tolerate the Sanitary cycle with bleach. My bad ...

I was *so* looking forward to being properly dressed for the next Medieval Renaissance Fair.

I know I shouldn't, but I can't help myself. I just *have* to watch how this unfolds, but from a safe distance

    :lie:

You have "additional requirements"... they just aren't advertised.

    And:

I know... you can't break "the CODE" and actually tell the male population what all the requirements are... some of us guys get it (even though it may mean more than one failure to learn, kinda like trig, Huh)... but the other 97 1/2% that are clueless are at a clear disadvantage... which is some of the problem for us fellas, cause often times, it's a total bummer when we do... get the clue.

Not that that's a bad thing... nature ain't bad...

    My exes though... :twitch:

In that TMI moment when I learned about their love of cucumbers they also made a point of telling me that they ALWAYS put a condom on them first. I didn't know you could get pregnant from a cucumber...

    They have fingers and teeth??

Well, what do I know. In a court of law, under oath, I couldn't positively swear if they even have ears or eyeballs ....

One thing to consider, is that 'meat' is about 2% of a chimp's natural diet. They eat 30% green leafies and flowers, 40% fruit, 2% insects and small animals, 18% bark, roots, and stems of plants.

They also have none of our diseases while in the wild, eating this way.

That's the good part. However, I do like being at the top of the food chain. I know a lion's diet is not fruit and small insects.

Your last statement is not true.

    Specifically:

    AIDS.

Wasn't there some research that showed Simian Immunodeficiency Virus passed into humans from people eating chimps?
