RemovingTrunk Liner

    Has anyone removed the trunk liner (or at least the driver's side of it)?? I need to get the back side of a dent in the rear quarter panel sheet metal.:confused:

    Yes, that's not too hard to do. Start by removing the hatch floor pieces. Then pull off the plastic trim at the bottom of the hatch opening, four clips hold that in place.

    Then you can remove the LH side panel assembly, two bolts and one screw hold that in place plus several claws and clips. Hopefully that will give you sufficient access to find the dent.

    You may find that a screwdriver helps in prying the claws and clips loose, but if you want to do this I suggest taping the blade to reduce damage to painted surfaces.
