I live in central Houston, and I see probably 2-3 each day. Mainly the Seaside Pearl and the Silver, occasional others. I have never seen a Tideland Pearl or even a Salsa Red, although I know the Reds are out there. The rising gas prices have definitely sent the usual SUV- and truck-driving Texans to look for cheaper alternatives.
Saw a tideland last night go from right lane behind my car, to my lane immediately behind my car, to left lane, to left turn lane. Was hoping we would be side-side so I could wave.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(dontcheff\";p=\"80103)</div> There are now more than 400 in Finland. But I haven't seen a black one except mine [/b][/quote] I haven't seen any other Priuses yet, except the dealerships demos. Not even one in France! The 400 figure must be ordered cars, because last time I asked in November, the number of delivered cars was 74, and it could now be about 200 (with 250 cars a year, which has proven too optimistic for the importer). Mine is black, but my dealer told that only a couple of black Priuses had been sold, and that was around November.
Here in the leafy Boston suburbs they are everywhere....including 3 garaged within one block of my house (one 02). Seems to be a recent run of Silvers, and Salsa is popular too...Salsa owners seem to wash most often...always shiny. I'll do a daily count over the next few days....only Prius drivers do such things! 8)

I need one of those clickers that counts. That way i can hold it in my right hand as i drive with my left. I think the numbers would be amusing. Am i allowed to count a car twice if pass by it again? I see a lot driving and can't tell them all apart.
HI All I have seen three in a Toyota lot drove one of them and missed buying one buy 90 min. but see one one the road not. but then i have only been watching for 3 weeks or so. Dave
Here in Cape Coral (SW Florida) I've only seen one in the last 2 months. Guess I'll be a real oddity when my '05 Silver AI is delivered (hopefully in the next couple weeks!) -Dr. Bob
5-12 a day. 5 minimum. (Not counting mine.) And I'm only counting "NextGen" Prii, not the classics. 3 in the neighborhood, and a guy in my vanpool has one too. North Seattle is (literally) full of them.
well, it varies for me because frequently the only daytime driving i do is to work in the morning, but saying that, there are 5 Priuses at the dept of transportion building next door. they are usually not there by the time i get to work, but they are all back by 3-4 pm. they are easy to see since they sit in a parking lot we share with them and we are the only occupants after 4:30 when THEY all go home. some of us work all night
Yesterday, I had an all-time high sighting of 4 Prii - 3 classic and 1 '04 or '05. This morning, saw a Silver '04 or '05. More of them all the time on the streets of San Antonio. We'll be glad when one of them is ours. Are there any SA owners on this forum?
I've seen 3 since I got mine before Thanksgiving: two 2G and a 1G. To be fair I've seen more when I head out on travel like 2 different ones in Ithaca (both 2G). They don't wave, either. If you see some nut waving from a Salsa in upstate NY, it's just me.
Probably averaging 10 or so. Microsoft is using a few of them (white) in shuttling folks around the Redmond campus! Price
About one a day. The distinction is that I have seen every color. If I had my pick it would be between tideland and salsa, though I really do like my seaside.
