I am hoping there has been some new info found since I last looked a couple years ago.

Anyone discover a way to overcome the limitation of the Prius only auto-connecing to one phone until you select another phone?

(Example: it detects my phone everytime I get in the car but when my wife drives it it won't detect hers unless you go through the menu and select that phone)

    Thank You!:)

You have to select the default phone. Then it will auto-connect if set for that.

There is no way to auto-connect two phones, only one at a time.

    Thanks.
    I appreciate the response.
I was hoping a work around had been discovered but I guess not on this one.
    Thanks again.

There isn't a work around because it's not considered a problem. It was designed this way to avoid a potential race condition with two auto-paired phones.

there should be a way to just make it default in the order they're added
