I was recently in an accident with my 2009. I got the car back after body work and thermos replacement, etc. The body work was done and thermos replaced but sent to Toyota to bleed the system. I get the car back and it was heating nicely and then later in the day it throws errors and now blows all cold air. Is this a thermos issue do you think or was something left disconnected?
It's probably not directly a thermos issue. The thermos simply stores hot coolant for later use. Most likely you have an air bubble in the cooling system, which means it needs to bled again. It's a bit tricky, and sometimes all of the air is not removed on the first try. Tom
