I've had my car since end of October '08 and the volumn control on the dashboard was flakey and now it doesn't seem to work at all. I have to use the up/down keys on my steering wheel. Have others had such a problem? Seems like it would have lasted longer than 3 months!
I got mine at the beginning of October & have had the same issue - I added it to a list of small things to be looked at when I bring the car to the dealer. What worked for me is to push the volume knob in firmly and hold it for a few seconds - I have to do this every few weeks but it will make do.
