Two Questions from a new prius owner, Can you help?

ive searched and now my head is in a spin.

I have the basic UK Prius,
No Reverse cam, No Sat Nav and No CD Changer.


1) Can the prius show how many miles are left in the tank
(apart from the fuel gauge) ?

2) and this is the one im haveing real trouble finding an awnser to fit
My modle prius.
Is there a way to fit a Compersit Video (and audio) input to my model prius?


and if so, How would i switch to this video input?


Sure i would like to use my iPhone 3G, but i got a few devices here that are capeable of a compersit video output, so im not just tied to the iphone as a video source.


any ideas ?

 

Thanks for the replies, Its a shame it doesn't show the miles left, i guess all the variables are there its just not in the software. shame. And as for the video input, I'm sure i read somewhere that they don't ship the lock-pick to the UK ? but then were still not 100% that it will work right? there's got to be 'someone' out there with definitive answer to this. I'm sure it would be a popular upgrade. what about just fitting a Audio input, say a 3.5mil input jack like the T4 has?

 

That's exactly what I've been reading, and to be honest i wouldn't feel comfortable sending money to the US to a company with a questionable service like I've been reading. That's even if i could, as I've read somewhere on these forums that they don't ship to the UK anyway. As for my request, i suppose i would be using my 3GiPhone as the primary Audio/Video sorce, so its reasonable to use the iphone screen itself as the screen, its not 'that' much smaller than the prius LCD. But the Audio would be much better pumped in direct. Come to think of it i guess i could use a dreaded FM transmitter. but then is there a 'good' iphone mount that's capable of being flipped from Portrait to Landscape ? hummmmm
