Knowing the new tax rules on car donations, are there any donation recipients that are better than the other? My minivan is pretty much kaput with a bad, leaking tranny the worst of the many problems so I can't imagine anyone buying it for more than a couple hundred bucks. Not worth the effort to put a ad out and dealing with prospective buyers.
Try the Compare Car Donation site. They have a ranked list of car donation places you can donate your car to. I believe that this is the California Car Donation list. Hope it helps, Dave
