I believe Package #2 and it has 82,000 miles which I put on driving a commute every day on a 45-55 mph country highway. In Good condition of course, it is BLACK and has mud guards and runs perfect, no defects at all of any kind. I will be getting a company car and won't need the Prius in a month or so. Just curious what I should list it for sale for... The prius is in Alabama.

You could start by asking the Kelly Blue Book price. I don't know about in Alabama, but in my area there is a glut of Prius on the dealer lots. My local dealer has 10 new ones and 7 used ones and none of them are moving. With the economy the way it is, people don't want to spend a lot of money. The sharp decline in gas prices is also another factor in reduced Prius sales.
I would find out what your dealers are selling their used Prius for then sell yours for less (if you want to sell quickly).
