in the past week, i've seen two different people make this gesture: take the forefinger or pinkie and make a swipe at the tongue then proceed to swing that finger up and down once as if dinging a bell in one fluid motion. i forget the context of both instances... what does that mean? touche? good point? atta girl? oh, you sly, dry-witted fox?
