Has anyone had contact with Coastale Tech lately? I have been trying to get in touch with them to ask about the Viewtech, but my emails have gone unanswered and the phone number just rings.
Not I. I sent a pre-order for the Navigation system mod 3 or 4 weeks ago, and haven't had any kind of a confirmation at all. :?:
I sent them an email last week about an overdue order and got a prompt response and the package is on the way. The Nav and the View are not there as far as I can tell so that may be part of the problem. I get the impression they are a very small family operation that are suffering from growing pains. Every contact I have had suggests they are really trying and care about the customers. Support them through this. Those of you who have business experience, well you might help them. We need these folks. Who else is helping us make this car "all it can be" :lol:
I've sent an e-mail regarding shipping on the 19th. Haven't heard from then yet. Do you guys suggest I wait or resend the letter?
i would try another e-mail. the least you should get is confirmation that they have received your request. if that doesnt elicit a response in 3 days time, i would give them a call
I understand that they may be a small operation and I would like to support them how I can. I just wanted to make sure they hadn't closed their doors or stopped manufacturing their cool stuff. That viewtech is pivotal to my interior upgrades!

Well I resent the letter yesterday like Dave suggested. I haven't received a confirmation yet but I will wait the 3 or so days.
I ordered an auto door lock several days ago, and asked for more information about the XM radio. I have not heard from them, even after I send them a working email address, since my hosting service just shut me down, because too many spammers were using my domains in their return email addresses. I just checked my VISA account. Coastaltech just charged me for the auto door lock, but still no word.
He may be taking a vacation - I talked to him last week, he was very helpful and I ended up ordering a EV mod online. Havn't heard from him, but my card hasn't been charged yet, so I suspect that he is just away.
I emailed an inquiry last week and got a response a few days later from "Kelley". It was a simple matter. They responded. I've never ordered anything from them (yet). mtc
What's your greeting? I had "Hi Dave, " Should I have just written a simple "hi" then my letter without addressing to anyone specifically?
I ordered a bra and nav kit a month ago, and got an immediate email acknowledgement, and a question about shipping. I read here they are busy so I haven't followed up. I'm not worried (yet). I'd rather they not rush the work!
