When the wing came off, I was thinking: Damn you, Godiva - I don't want to see this plane crash, especially before I have had breakfast.
The video gives new meaning to, "Flying on a wing and a prayer." The pilot was both very good, and very lucky. OR The landing was so near perfect, is there even the most remote chance that this was rehearsed? If so, than the pilot is also very brave, pehaps to the point of being foolhardy.
I had to watch it twice just to see if the landing was computer animated. I don't know what to say other than "damn." Can I say that?

Airplanes | Aviation | Pilots | Flying: KillaThrill Generates Huge Buzzkill With Viral Airplane Crash Video A little searching will also find some REAL stories about an Israeli F15 pilot that actually did land with one wing.
Looking closely right after the the landing during taxiing the pilot looks very much like a plastic model...

Anyone who flies Radio Controlled models will instantly recognize that as a RC model stunt quite often accomplished at big RC meets. When the real plane segment was inserted at the end I realized how clever the splice was (note that the real plane segment hides the still attached wing). I also noted that the trademark web site specialized in fake photos and videos. That was a real stunner.
