08 DVD Navigation map CD for sale

Doing fine thanks. Yes, I wouldn't worry about one person not understanding the rules. I just used your earlier post to reply from, because many don't understand how some of the newest NAV updates will effect the lockpick device ~ if they already own a lockpick.

 

Rickey, Do you have any dvds left? I get my 06 Prius next week so I can't check the disc version until then but when I test drove it MANY roads were missing so I hope it is an old version.

I have a '04 Prius (well really the Pioneer pkg 3) do you have the correct 08 upgrade NAV dvd in stock for this NAV unit? Yea I know getting close to the '09 ver being released. To tell the truth.. I only want the files to create my own version... don't want to loose the "while moving enter dest" function

Thanks for a smooth transaction. No problems at all with the 7.1 DVD on my 2006 Prius and I can confirm that the "I Agree" screen is gone and replaced with a warning screen that is on for only a few seconds. So far so good.

Rickey, Thanks for a smooth transaction. The disc arrived yesterday and it took like a minute to install then a minute to update.

Sounds interesting but I do have a question. Dogfriend said something about removing the "I agree" screen. So if I pop this DVD on my 06 Prius w/nav, I won't see that screen??

Some 2009 questions re: 2006-2008 Prius models:

How does the 8.1 Nav version differ from the 6.1 & 7.1 version?
How long before the 2009 ver9.1 comes out?(Is it worth waiting a little?)
Is the disk for the Lexus 100% identical?
Who discounts the disk and has it in stock? Is it OEM or a copy?

We bought our 09 prius package 6 with nav last month...we'd owned other cars with nav and by far find this system the least user friendly of all...of course two trips to dealer didn't help any.

Having trouble with things like: you put in a location and want to mark it as a favorite...or something ez to find and come back to....not ez to do...just about everything except basic put in the address....is difficult.

Seems like a very advanced unit but having trouble getting used to it's logic...is there anyone at Toyota to help us with this? new upgrade in software coming out? Are there update for the map available.....this one does not have the newest freeways in Az in it.
