The TOYSC1 has a "scroll" switch that appears to be intended more for radios with fewer displayable characters than the Prius MFD. Does the switch have a function in the Prius installation? I assume I want to just put the switch in the "on" position and not worry about it. Any advice? I'm probably installing it today and it might end up somewhere where the switch will be hard to access.
Yeah, turn it on. Also, make sure the character display is on the higher number (I think it is 16). It will display 16 and scroll the rest when an artist or song name has more characters than it can display at one time.
