    favorite peter gabriel song...biko...but i can't listen to it while i drive because i might cry...
    the rhythm of the heat is also WAY up there...

    in the car, i mostly listen to npr, but when it gets too static-y:

    I also like 80's new wave, such as:

    Duran Duran
    Soft Cell (well one song)

    I like the new stuff too. Basically, anything that gets me to involuntarily start to boogy is great stuff for driving.

    I rarely listen to music in the car, but when I do it's either classic funk or alt-country. My husband says I have the weirdest taste in music ever.

    interesting thread.

    since i listen to many different kinds of music, from segovia to slayer, i gotta say it depends on my mood. although i gotta say when i listen to the speed metal, i gotta keep it on cruise control or else i'll find myself tapping out at 100mph.
