Is it possible to get the following (below) Prius' for <$25K as an out-the-door price including tax, fees, destination in the next month's market?

    Here in minnesota,
Used Prius are going for substancially more than new ones, I have seen Cars with <30000 miles for 2500 over MSRP for the same car new.
If you can wait, putting in a deposit seems to be the way to go right now.
Of course, the market is different in every city, so YMMV. :)

How much are your tax title and license fees in your state or local municipality? Its differen't everywhere.

The MSRP of the car with no factory add-ons, no floormats no nothing is $24,170...so I'd say it'd be close...

In MD tags are about $100 if you get no tag upgrades and tax is 6%, so the OTD price assuming you could get one for MSRP and you could get one with no add-ons, $25720...

Yep, for the new one it depends on tax rate, if you can get any discounts, as well as financing costs (if you go that route.) Right now it is tough to get anywhere under MSRP.

If you finance it you might be eligible for the $400 new grad rebate (hint: this also applies to masters/doctoral degrees as well if earned in the past year ;)) but after you subtract the financing fee you are only netting about $100.

Assuming that you delete the $199 floor matts you still only have around $900-$1000 of room left for tax, title, registration. Unless your tax rate is 4% or less you aren't going to come in under $25,000. (And if you are in Gulf States or Southeast Toyota's regions tack on another $1,000 - 2,000.)
