I'll watch the DNC for a little while, then back to regular TV, don't really need to see McCain, we've had 8 years of Bush, he will have nothing new to say. On a side note, I think McCain's new ad is hilarious, Washington is broken, I'm going to fix it, hell how long has he been in Washington, wasn't he one of the people that broke it.
This poll allows you to select more than one option...which I did. I watched a little of the DNC (very little actually), but watched all of Leno w/McCain. Damn McCain...I really really like him on TV/interviews. He's personable, bright, seems sincere for the most part. He was evasive on some points. But then there's this complete disconnect b/w the live TV persona and the actions of his campaign with the attack ads and such. He blows off the commercials as "politics" and by saying he just thought the Paris/Brittney ad was funny. The day Biden is selected he releases an attack ad. But on Leno talks about what great friends they are. Well Wth...rise up and run a respectable campaign. It's almost like a split personality when you listen to him...He's Jekyll on TV and Hyde in the commercials and campaign speaches....which one will live in the White House if he's elected?? I still don't fear him as president...I did fear Bush, and my fears proved to be very much justified.
I strictly vote neither... I really have no desire to see either candidate or political party sit on their soapbox, preaching to the choir... much better when they can be involved in an actual debate and respond directly to attacks from the other side.
