Phoenix get together

    It has been a while since the last meet-up. Is anyone up for trying again? If so, suggest date and places. I still like the idea of going up to Rock Springs on a Saturday late morning for pie.

    Where is Rock Springs? I will have to pass unless it's not far and a LOT cooler than here in the Valley. But I do like the meet-ups and appreciate anyone who is in favor of them. Thanks.

    I'd be up for a meet/greet. I haven't been to one since October. I just googled it and it looks like Rock Springs is in Black Canyon City. A bit of a hike for pie... I'm in Gilbert though... but definitely doable depending on when:

    'Sounds good. Rock Springs is okay with me. The last weekend in September is not good for me, but the majority rules.

    The Pie in Rock Springs is definitely worth the drive. Can't commit, but pick a date and we'll see if we can get there.

    Hi I am a Newbie to this forum. Would like to meet with other phoenix prius owners, when you guys have your get together. I own a 2008 Black Prius Option 6., has all bells and whistles, including aftermarket wood dash. Hope to talk with you guys soon!

    Welcome, Tony! I am fairly new, with a 2008 bought in February. I've been to 2 meetups and the members are all very nice. 'Hope to see you at our next meetup, whenever/wherever it is. I know many of us are waiting until it gets a little cooler or we might drive north a little ways. Again, welcome.

    Sounds like the day of choice is the 20th. Follow the links in the previous messages for how to get to Rock Springs. (Basically North on I-17 almost to the county line.) Shall we meet about 8:30 Am ish?

    Meet at 8:30am in Rock Springs? Ouch, early! I live in south Scottsdale, I think that Rock Springs is going to be at least an hour drive, I'd be fixing to leave at 8:30ish. What does everyone think of 10am? Or do we have a bunch of early risers here? :lever:

    The 20th is not going to work for me, I am out of town at a charity golf tournament in Palm Springs. I do however want to meet with you when you have your next get together, thanks.

    I see no problem with 10:00 or even 11:00 as pie really isn't breakfast food most of the time. What do the rest of you say?

    Hmmmm...I'm still undecided. It might be up to how I feel the morning of the 20th. Are we talking about the Rock Springs Cafe? I would be more likely to get there around 11-11:30AM and then have lunch. If I go. 'Sorry. I would be more inspired if h2photo and some of the new people were going.
