moving day.. prius towed along.. pictures enclosed steve wanted me to move his girlfriends stuff from sacramento, california to mountain ranch, california. instead of paying uhaul for a round trip, or trying to secure a ride back, we decided to tow the prius 120 miles. this adventure got a few stares, and a few finger pointing, especially after driving through all the dirt roads in the mountains. no, that is all the dirt that was blown on the car, its not a different car. curiously enough with all the people posting here that the only way to steal a prius is to tow it, none of the other prius owners called 9-1-1 on me and i was never pulled over to check to see if we owned the prius, heh the first 2 thumbnails were taken after we reached the receieving uhaul location and took it off the trailer
seeing the size of the actual prius axles where the safety chains were looped around further makes me be skeptical of the 'stiffining plate'
none of the people i moved had a license, heh and once u got into the gated area it was all rocky roads and i was afraid of ruining the paint so we towed it
