It all started a couple months ago when I accosted two poor Prius owners. Unfortunately, all I had at the time was "PriusChat.com" scribbled on a little piece of note paper. While it might have served its purpose and they might have come here, I wished I would have had a more professional looking business card.

I figure that at Prius meetups, chance encounters, or when people stop and ask you questions, you can refer them to PC for all the answers they desire.

To that end, I am providing the two following documents. One is designed to be used with the Avery business card stock #3612. The other is for those people who have cardstock paper and want to cut the cards out by hand. The names of the files divulge their use.

If you have any problems, feeback, ideas, whatever, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Hmmm. That's a good one.
My wife's Dell came with Corel Word Perfect v10 so I opened it to see what you are talking about. Ouch, that's much worse than I expected. I couldn't even get the images on the cards to appear.

Are you familiar enough, George, with WP that if I send you the graphic images you could create a WP version of the cards? I would, but the only thing that would make it harder for me is if you asked me to do it on a Mac.

I will also, when on my own computer, write them out to PDF files. The trade-off is that I will have to remove the variable text from the back.

Hmmm, drat. My computer couldn't display the cards. Oh well... guess I'll just have to make my own (that's not a bad thing, as I'll just go have fun in Photoshop ).

I converted the Avery business card version to html. Can you see it ok now?

It seems to have lost the pagination; but with a little cutting and pasting, you'll have the basics.

Eh.... no, I don't have Word 97. I shall have to download it, then. BTW, as Danny said, the html version of the file says "page URL not found".

i tried the html version and it lost its formatting, so it would have to be tweaked quite a bit

sooo... how about a pic instead??

realize that jpgs do leave much to be desired but i think the format may be a bit more compatible for most.

    Hi all,

    First post.

I've modified the format to fit Avery 5371 (laser) and 8371 (Ink Jet) business cards.
