GTR vs. 911 Turbo vx. Z06

i'd die for a GTR

 

Porsche 911 all the way. I've been a fan of 911s when I was still swimming in my daddy's nutsack.

The Z06 isn't exciting enough for you but the motorcycle in your sig is for "thrills"!

the production could have been more exciting though...

 

i'd love to have a z06. that color, too!

corvettes get pretty good mileage to boot.

Z06 = most bang 4 the buck but a fast bike (& driver) could leave it eating dust

 

i ordered the GTR for my 50th bday that just recently passed but opted ----- not to get it. lots of reasons ...

1. my kids would be driving it occasionally - too much temptation
2. my crossing over to the dark side changed my outlook on life a little bit - i been through my bmw, audi stages, race car school etc.... opted for.....um...... the Toyota Camry hybrid. lesson for the kids and other stupid reasons (i also own a 2006 prius pck #7, and three other cars to boot)
3. decided to use my $ to buy wine instead of paying off my car loan. one asset depreciates at too quick a pace, the other hopefully will not if i ever decide to sell, and they are mutually exclusive - and now i happen to be enjoying wine much more than driving back and forth from manhattan to westchester county - where am i going to be able to fully enjoy the GTR where i live - i never got to fully appreciate my 540 and that car could kick a**.

anyway, i can tell you that if i were going to get one of the above - and i have tested the two that are available to test -- the GTR would be my and was my choice.

i would love to hear from anyone that is getting one -
