We got our prius package 4 ....2 weeks ago and we love it..... We been averaging 49.8 mpg. We took it to califronia from las vegas last weekend.. i have never seen so many prius's on the road wow..

Wow--42,000 on a 2007? I have 44,000 on a 2005 and thought I was too high! I knew I was getting really strange when I started to look forward to traffic backups on the interstate--I knew my mileage would go up.

Hi! I wanted to share my good news with everyone...i just got mine 10 minutes ago...a day earlier than anticipated.
congratulations, I never get tired of driving mine. Also there is truth in the statement above that during traffic the prius shines. In stop and go traffic, you'll be silently running along on electric for a good percentage of time until the big battery starts getting low and then the engine starts up and charges it all up again. In really bad traffic, when movement stops, your prius will happily shut the engine off while all those around you are idling their gasoline away for basically zero mpg.
We have 85,000 on an 05 Prius.. So far only LF wheel bearing failure, been a great car so far. Purchased it on a business trip in Alabama, took 20 min had 3 sharks waiting to see if my credit was going to be approved. Drove it home to Michigan the first day. 887 miles. Arrived at 4am wife needed to go to work the next morning at 6am. SOoooo she woke me up for starting instructions.. Needless to say we love driving it........ This one will be passed to our daughter in 2010 when we order the new one..I'm sure it will give her lots of life too..

Nick88, I'm waiting, too. However, I'm happy every time someone gets theirs since it means I may be moving up the wait list.
I'd be happier if it was someone from San Diego. Supposedly I'm #30 on my list so who the heck knows how long that'll be. I'm thinking it's time for a road trip to Vegas!

08PriusLV, From Longo Toyota in So. Calif. I was on their list from early May...someone canceled and i guess I was next. I was shocked when they called me and asked me if i wanted it. I originally wanted a #2 or a #3...but i decided to pay more and get the #6. I hope you get yours soon...I know how you feel.
We got a call yesterday - our Seaside Pearl package #2 will be here in 2 weeks! We have waited so long and it's finally coming!! WOO HOO!!!!
