I just found this group, and am so happy to find it! I just got a call from my dealer saying that my Prius should be in by the end of the month!!! YIPPEEE:cheer2: I CANNOT WAIT!!!! I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas! I put a deposit on it about 2 months ago and have been jealously watching the other new Prius' owners driving around in their new car! I'm happy to say that I haven't even seen my color (Spectra Blue) on the road. I've been driving a Silver Chrysler Pacifica (huge gas guzzler!!!) for 3 years and I feel like I pass one every 2 seconds, so it will be nice to have something unique for a change! The timing (if it actually comes in when he tells me) could work out perfectly because I'm leasing my Pacifica (as I will be my Prius) and the lease will be up in the beginning of September so I'll only have to overlap one months payments if I can pick my prius up after the 1st of July. Anyway, I'm happy to find this site and I look forward to talking Prius talk with you! Take care! Lisa
congratulations! my due date is by June 24th. It has been a short gestation period though for me, but waiting is still tough! only 10 more days!!!
(sigh) Mine's not even in production yet...! /ordered three weeks ago //was told 6-8 weeks ///I can wait!
Thanks! I'm so excited! The gas prices are killing me, but more importantly, I WANT MY NEW BABY!!!! Yes, my kids think I'm nuts! But its not very often that mom gets a new toy, and I can't wait! I'm a little nervous, too. Not sure why. Maybe because it is so different from cars I've had in the past!? Still waiting...... Lisa
I ordered the Spectra Blue with Package #3. Not too much stuff, but enough to be fun. I had to have my bluetooth!
I love the Spectra Blue. I don't see many of those in my area but every once in a while I'll see one and it always gets my attention. Congrats again! I'm green with envy..... <---pretend this icon is green....LOL
LOL! I love it too! I have actually never seen a Spectra Blue Prius on the road. I saw one on the lot when I bought mine, but it was for another lucky buyer!!! Personally I think they should make a hot pink one, but that is just me. (then my kids would really think I was nuts!!!) I don't have it yet, so don't be too green! I feel like I'm waiting to give birth!!!!!
MUCH easier! No 2 am feedings, no weight gain, no debate over cloth or disposable. And my kids DO think I'm nuts!
