SCVDOC1 location

    I've ordered a Sirius Stratus 4 radio with the intent of eventually integrating it via the TOYSC1 / SCVDOC1 combo. I've seen very good and detailed instructions on TOYSC1 / SCC1 installation but nothing on installing the SCVDOC1.

    I figure I'll be unplugging the Stratus from time to time and using it in another car or in the house, so accessibility for that is nice. Otherwise I understand that accessibility during use isn't necessary.

    What are some good options for SCVDOC location? I guess the TOYSC1 could go near the SCVDOC1 or between the glove boxes as in the SCC1 installation.

    Some have used the glovebox. You could even put it in arm rest storage box.

    The top glove box is a good spot. I don't use it for anything else and it offers easy access for you to take the receiver to another car...
