So I did the speed wire interrupt on Darell's site and I am looking to do the NAV interrupt too. In the directions it says take the 2 purple wires and hook them up to a DPDT switch. What do I connect to the other poles on the switch? So in the ON position I have them jumpered back to their original position, but in the OFF position, what do I connect to those poles? Nothing at all?
yep, nothing at all. technical you only need a double pole single throw switch for that, but dpst is less common than dpdt, so just use dpdt and connect one set of terminals to nothing
