Hello guys, I bought a new Totoya Prius in Southern California. I found the original label that was stuck on the car with all price information, milage, equipment and so on. I noticed that there's a an extra value MSRP discount of 600 dollars that I don't see in my contract. It's on the sign that the car was to cost 23,989.00 with the discount but in the contract the car is 24,190.00. What do you guys think? lache
I have that too on my sticker that was on the windshield. I think it is an automatic discount that is applied to all the cars. However, my car was cheaper in the contract that the price that was on the sticker before the discount. the sticker price on my car after the value discount was deducted ($600) was $23,909 I believe and I paid $23,100 in my contract.
I agree. It was actually listed as a "special" on the toyota website two months ago but it was pulled. I was like darn! But then the sticker on the window clearly showed it but it was magically discounted and it was the price i was getting all along.
