Hello all, I have learned a lot from the people on PriusChat and wanted to say hello. I ordered a Barcelona Red - package 6 on May 20th in Atlanta. Now I'm waiting. :juggle: I wish I had researched less and bought sooner. There is so much misconception and hostility about the Prius on the web to wade through! It took me some time to decide. So now I am reading as much as I can, and obsessing a little while I wait.
Tardis, you should have looked outside of ATL. A few hours drive and you could have one in 3-6 weeks. I am on week 2 of a 3-6 week wait. I am in Lower SC

Congratulations on making your decision! Last night I placed my order for a Barcelona red, package #3. The salesman said, "It could take 6 months, give or take a few months." I replied that I can be patient to get what I want. I was actually glad he didn't try to talk me into giving several color options.

Based on some of the comments I've seen on other sites I began to wonder if I should be afraid to drive a Prius. I do wonder if some people realize this is a car. Not a coup d’état. :ban: (get the car pun - coup?)
