the screen diagnostics don't tell you anything about the condition of the car. you need to get an obd2 reader and find out what codes are present to continue. there is definitely more wrong than just the abs.

You can get blink codes out of the ABS and brake system lights
through a small chicken dance involving the OBDII connector and
the brake pedal, but you should definitely have the manual to
interpret it all the right way. Probably best to get a capable
scantool that can help make sense of it all.

Hooked up a scanner to it I am pulling this code
C1253 Malfunction in hydro motor relay circuit .
Anyone know how to remedy this?

there are 7 different inf codes for that diag code- three digit numbers. knowing that will help to narrow down the cause.

Although it is true that there are seven INF codes for C1253 "Brake Booster Pump Motor Circuit", the potential trouble areas remain the same:

    ABS MTR relay
    ABS MTR2 relay
    Harness and connector
    Brake actuator assy

The relays are easy to check. If they are good then it seems likely that the wiring harness was damaged in the accident. If the wiring harness is good then the brake actuator, an expensive part, would probably need to be replaced.

I wrote these codes down before I cleared them:
    Code Subcode
    01-d5 190-30-D
    01-DC 1C6-EF-F
    01-DC 190-53-D

    Thanks in advance

Uh -- no. You're still going after the supposed "codes" from
the MFD-seekrit-diagnostics, which aren't the same thing.

Has the beeper next to the brake ECU started shrieking at you
due to low brake fluid pressure? Can you hear the accumulator
pump run at all when you press the brake pedal a few times?

Will a generic OBD2 scantool even read specific ABS codes, or does this require connection to the THHT or Panasonic Toughbook at the dealership?

I dont hear any beeping... When I do step on the brake a couple of times I do hear something which I am assuming is the pump. The thing is I can clear the lights jumping the sst and depressing the pedals eight times.. .. But once I have the car going at 30+ Miles and step on the brakes the lights come on and stay on. If I clear it it can also come back on few times after switching the car off and on. this is the code the abs scanner pulls
C1253/53 Hydro Booster Pump Motor Relay Malfunction.

Would you reveal how you have a

    ?

Knowing your ABS light is on you still drive at 30 MPH?

I only did the 30+ Miles in order to test the abs. You can only test the abs above certain speed.

    Reveal,
since you are trying to rebuild a Prius, if I were you, I would buy a WorkShop manual and/or Wiring manual of Prius from Toyota. Of course, today a decent OBDII reader costs only about $100 from Autozone. With those, and you have better chance of
finding out what is wrong. Try eBay for the manuals. Usually they cost about 50% of Toyota MSRP (roughly $100+/-$40).

You can subscribe directly to Toyota Techinfo, starting at $10 a day

    http://techinfo.toyota.com

Or $50 for the month. This will allow you to download the entire series

Another source - which I use - is All Data. It has the same information as Techinfo

ALLDATAdiy.com :: Leading Source of Diagnostic and Repair Information

The standard subscription is $25/vehicle and that is good for an entire year

I wouldn't give money to an illegal copying crook on ebay
