Arco and Costco are cheaper here too... why is that?

 

$3.89 regular - Hobbs, NM. Filled up at half a tank in case it goes up again.

 

It finally happened! Regular unleaded hit $4.00 here yesterday. Actually $3.999, but close enough. Think I'll step outside and hug my Prius.

Yesterday at one station it was 3.95 and another 3.99.
Do I hear 5.00 per gallon??

$3.58 at the Costco in nearby suburb Maple Grove.
$3.69 at nearby Holiday and Sinclair in Plymouth.
Highest posted on twincitiesgasprices.com is $3.77 at Sinclair in Minnetonka.

 

Orlando is between 3.69 and 3.79 for regular today depending on the station.

 

I paid $3.89 a gallon this morning, at the Hoquiam Shell station. *sigh*

Good thing Rudy goes a long way on a gallon!

 

$4 a gallon in the Florida Keys as of today, plus or minus a few cents depending on which station.

 

There is still one station (Marathon) showing regular unleaded at $3.999.

Of course, that was this morning. By the end of the day even the cheapest will be above $4.00!

Gas has gone up $.45 in the past four weeks.

I had sticker shock Monday when I bought gas at $3.89. It was my first purchase in May (the 12th), so I was a bit out-of-touch.

 

$3.61 in southern NJ .... pumped by an attendant.

They even wear those sharp, pressed blue-grey uniforms with policeman caps, and while one's pumping gas, another checks the oil, while a 3rd one clease the windshield ....

.... and then I rolled over & woke up.

 

3.889 renton, wa today, shell.

 

$4.099 per gallon today for regular unleaded.

3.57 at the Wawa in Sicklerville/Erial in New Jersey and there was a nice looking girl who politely filled up the tank.

Cross the Bridge to PA and a Wawa advertises 3.79. And you have to pump your own gas too.

 

$3.999 for regular, the last time I drove past (yea! Prius!) the station I fill up at . The $ 4 / gallon prediction seems to have been right on.

 

Now that you crossed the $4 mark, when will you predict to cross the $5 mark?

 

May 17 ,2008 - State College, PA - $3.79 for 87 Octane...

 

First I've seen gas at over $4 a gallon, $4.09 at the intersection of Route 84 and 9D in Fishkill, New York!

For the times they are a changing... :fear:
