I bought my Prius 2 years ago (almost to the day, in fact). My wife's Camry is getting long in the tooth (it's 11 years old) and Mother's Day is tomorrow, so her Mother's day present from me is a new Prius that we bought last night. Two Prii in the garage look sweeeeeet! So we now own a 2006 Package 8, and a 2008 Package 6! Mine's white and hers is Seaside Pearl. The Camry goes to my Mother in Law, whose car was totaled in an encounter with a deer. In fact that's what pushed us into doing this now; we were going to wait a little longer originally. So we've joined the ranks of the 2-Prii families on this board. I couldn't be happier!
That's awesome! What Mother's Day gift Congrats on joining the 2 Prii ranks. Hopefully one day we'll be there too hehe.
Good luck, I traded my wife's Sebring convertible on a 2007 pkg 6. I then gave her my 2005 Prius. We are both happy although she was a bit surprised when I drove home in a new Prius and not her Sebring. I was such a good deal and the dealer gave me such a good trade in I couldn't pass it up. Impulse buying is sometimes very good.
Congrats! My wife and I enjoy ours immensly and I'm sure you both will also. We bought our second one because we kept fighting over who was going to use the Prii and no one wanted to use the Buick! . Now there are no fights! (over which car to use).
all you lucky 2 prii families....congrats! i wish we could afford the second one. originally i was going to drive ours, but it makes more sense for hubby to drive it because he drives 18 miles each way to work. i just drive around town. we just discussed the possibility of a second one this morning. as a P.S. every time we go out in it, almost without fail, someone asks about it and we have had several family members interested. more than interested. seriously considering...........
Congrats on your 2nd! We love both of ours! I talked DH into one when he was looking for a new car. After he got his, I completely fell in love & since I needed a larger car, I got one too. We are both VERY happy with our prii's!

We are an almost two Prius family as we have a silver 2006 Prius with "BEST MPG" & a 2008 silver Highlander with "MOST MPG" as vanity tags. I tries to attach a pic but no luck. Bill in FL
