I have ordered all weather mats from the priuschat shop on 04/17. I see that they have charged my paypal account promptly but so far no mats. No updates except for the initial confirmation. No response for multiple queries through the "contact us" system as well as e-mails. Any idea how to contact them? Or should I just take steps to get the payment reversed and buy somewhere else. It will be a shame since I love the site. Thanks,

Not that Danny needs any defense but He sends the orders out for fulfillment. I have had a couple of exchanges with the shop and have always had a good result. If he would put on more items I could buy more stuff! maybe, ball caps, seat covers, I bet he could be a zaino distributor! anyway, good people. No worries.
I used the Priuschat shop about a month ago. Great Service and Great Prices. I second the idea about them offering more stuff.
I used them when I first got my DICE. I got what I ordered in the time I expected. No problems and I'd order again. I've even recommended others to buy from there.
I've placed two orders since I got my Prius. Both orders went smoothly with good communications from the Priuschat Shop. I plan to order again in the future.
