Yesterday I called the dealler and they had an 08 black package #6 in stock.

I purchased it for $500 under sticker with no additional dealler markup.

I believe that I got a good price. But in any case, going from 14 MPG to 45+ will be a great value anyway.

I am not actually a new owner, my wife purchased an 07 last year and we love it. I could not talk here into driving mine ( she is a work at home worker) and letting me drive the Prii (I drive 20K plus miles per year). So I had to get my own.

I added the Sat system and purchased the lifetime service.

I am also looking at the warranty since I drive so much.

I also want the nav hack since I could adjust the nav on my Armada (with a hack) since I am used to it.

Any suggestions and advice would be apprecaited.

:welcome: Welcome to PriusChat, pauleknight! You don't need to get an extended warranty now, just any time before 36 months/36,000 miles. You can get the top Toyota warranty here on PriusChat for $990. By "Sat system" do you mean GPS nav or Sat radio? Which nav hack are you looking for?

I believe you can buy the extended warranty from warranty shack for ~ 990. As far as the Nav hack, you can purchase the basic lock pick from coastaltech.

Thanks for the responses so far.

I want the ability to adjust the cars computer settings and enter address and modify the route while I am moving.

I my old gas eater, I had a switch installed that would allow me to use all functions of the comptuter and NAV system while moving. The only issue was that the car thought it was not moving. so the Nav system would not process any movement in the car.

Which costal tech product will work for the 08 package #6 Prius?

    Thanks in advance everyone.
