I Understand What All Of The Arrows Mean. I Thought That When I Come To Complete Stop, I Should See No Arrows. True?

I've noticed that too. I don't know why it is, but I have noticed that if i push harder on the brake, the arrows go away.

:welcome: Welcome to PriusChat, fhenry55, but this really isn't a web site question - it belongs in a different forum.

To answer your question though, Toyota wanted to make the Prius feel like an ordinary automatic transmission car, so they fake auto tranny creep at low speed and drag when cruising, much to the consternation of people who want to stealth with ease. When you are stopped and your foot is light on the brake, the Prius sends power to MG2. This is handy for hill holding, but wastes energy. Your brake switch may be out of adjustment if you have to press really hard on the brake to stop the arrows. The dealer can adjust it.
