Try C Rickeyhorse on this site (commercial part of the forum). He's in So. Cal, and appears to give good discounts. But do shop around.
I got a great deal, no hassles from Ron Casas & Leo Gonzalez at Longo in El Monte. 50+ miles from my home, but they had the best price by far and everything was arranged by phone / email / online apps, so all I had to do was show up, test drive and go. All my local dealers were only $500 off sticker & far above invoice for colors I didn't want. Longo had 98 in-stock from which to choose. YMMV, definitely shop around via the Internet / email and lock a price before walking into any dealership!
I emailed about 20 dealers in early March and got offers for a package 2 between $22,200 and $22,900 from four of them. I wound up buying from toyota of el cajon in san diego. They not only were one of the first to respond but also came in with the lowest price: I paid about $1,500 below invoice, at $21,809 before tax/license. They are a high volume/low profit margin dealer that is family-owned. This was the second year in a row that they came in at the lowest price.
